I did one digi page done, then decided to make something with paper... in between I was putting out fires with the family, as well as trying to figure out a situation with my test this morning...
Anyway long story short, I know why I don't paper scrap more. Because I put things together, I had an idea, and then.. it's ugly. It's gross. And I can't fix it because, welll, all the stuff is all painted and glued and all that. What do paper scrappers DO? I can't move or resize anything. LOL.

That is why I get stuck and can't paper scrap anymore. I need to try... but can't quite do it. After seeing ana.paula, brynn and tinkypen's stuff, I'm just amazed.

I'm still downloading and sorting, hopefully tomorrow I'll send my kids off to the pool/beach and i'll have a couple hours of blessed silence.

So yesterday, my daughter wanted to play and I told her that mommy has to scrapbook today because it was NSD. I told her that it was like fantasy ******** draft day for daddy so I need time to do my thing. She didn't understand it but my husband sure did. He took that as a very strong hint of what I wanted to do that day. So he took her out for breakfast, then to the mall (to buy me a mother's day present), to the park, and then returned home with lunch for me. They then snuck back out for ice cream. So what did I accomplish on Saturday. I participated in 2 online speed scraps and finished 4 digital layouts. I also went to my LSS for a sketch class and is half done with a 2 pager. I also picked up some more goodies for my cameo.
I will probably be quiet today as I think I owe my family some time today. So what did all of you accomplish?
