I'm in the minority but i've been a mac gal for about 5 years... we have 3 MacBooks (laptops) , an iMac (desktop), 2 iPads, 2 iPhones, and 5 iPods in the house, LOL. Those were collected over time. Mind you, some are quite old (all laptops are 2008 or older), but that's the beauty of it... We thought about upgrading but really haven't had to (I did upgrade my memory, LOL).

Before that I ran though a new Dell every 2-3 years. Overall, the investment has been well worth it .

I'm a mac kinda girl. 1 desktop, 1 laptop, 1 iPad, 1 touch, and now 1 iPhone. Once you go mac you cannot go back. I do use an ancient pc at work but should be getting a macbook next school year.

dh is an mcse certified network engineer. he insists on pc's. but i'd love a mac.

I have a PC. I can't necessarily say I *prefer* a PC as I've never used a MAC. I had thought about getting a mac book or whatever they are called, but not worth it to have to re-purchase photoshop.
