One Story Down Product Terms of Use

These graphics has been made by the Designers at One Story Down. The items are designed for your personal use and may not be used in any commercial way unless a commercial license is offered as a purchase option.

One Story Down and it's Designers retain and reserves the right to modify, update and change the Terms of Use for all digital designs at anytime with or without notice It is your responsibility to check for updates and changes to the Terms of Use.


COPYRIGHT POLICY:

All copyrights to elements, graphics, and kits created by One Story Down and it's Designers are retained by the original creator of the layout/kit/CD.

All graphic images are copyrighted to One Story Down and it's Designers with all rights reserved. Graphic images are for personal use only. No other use is hereby authorized.

All Materials designed by One Story Down and it's Designers including but not limited to images and text, are protected by copyright under U.S. copyright law, international conventions, and other copyright laws. You cannot use the Content except as specified herein.

You agree to follow all instructions within these terms and are limited the way you may use the Content.



PERSONAL USE LICENSE

WITH THIS LICENSE YOU MAY:

Alter these images to fit your scrapbooking needs, including resizing, recoloring and cropping as long as credit is given to the designer.

If you use these graphics in a layout submitted to an online galleries, magazine or other publication you must give credit to One Story Down and it's Designers.



WITH THIS LICENSE YOU MAY NOT:

Offer these items in any other graphics collection, on a website, or individually, either for sale or free, create a competing product from them to sell or redistribute, and are not allowed to trade or share this kit.

You may not add to or distort, alter or re-color any graphic and claim them as your own.

You may not make any graphics into tubes or brushes and redistribute them in any way.

You may not make Digitalized Embroidery designs to resell.
 
You may not submit these to any paper scrapbooking company.

You may not make rubber stamps.

You may not make cross stitch kits.

You may not make scrapbook kits.

You may not add them to software programs.

You may not use them to design website pages, Etsy banners, Ebay templates, or blogs.

Do not use these images for obscene, defamatory, or immoral works or for any other purpose that is prohibited by law.

LIMITED PROFESSIONAL USE LICENSE



An EXTRA FEE is required to use our images under this license. See each products page for the fee amount. If you wish to purchase a license for an item you already own, please contact us for payment instructions.
 
CREDIT is NOT required but appreciated.

WITH THIS LICENSE YOU MAY:



The Limited Professional Use license allows you to use OSD products on the design of brochures, websites not of a digital scrapbooking product design nature, banners, letterhead and related general business promotional items. 
 
It also allows for the use of this product by a single artist in the production of completed, handmade, unique PHYSICAL items that are created for personal sale (including scrapbooking-for-hire), provided the components used are not provided/displayed/positioned in a way that would facilitate digital piracy or infringement of the artists copyrights. 


WITH THIS LICENSE YOU MAY NOT:



They may NOT be used by digital scrapbooking designers in the design of any product, altered or not.
 
They may NOT be used in commercial production of another embellishment product for any industry, including, digital/rubber stamps, print on demand clothing, fabric, vinyl art etc.
 
You are NOT allowed to include plain png’s, .abr, tubes, stamps, etc. - altered or not. 
 
You are NOT allowed to turn the original or derivative designs over to any company for any reason.
 
You are NOT allowed to re-distribute/share/sell any OSD designs in any way on print on demand sites such as Snapfish, Cafe Press, Zazzle, Minted or online photo book/photo card sites such as Michaels/MiDesign, Mixbook, Photobook Canada etc.
 
You are NOT allowed to turn our designs in to .svg format or any file types of the same nature - in their original format or altered.
 
This license does NOT allow for the mass distribution of any of the components in any physical or digital manner including, but not limited to templates, class kits, stickers, etc. 
 
YOU MUST CONTACT US FOR PERMISSION FOR ANY OTHER USE NOT MENTIONED ABOVE. Please contact us with the planned usage for the appropriate licensing.

REFUNDS:

Due to the nature of our products, we DO NOT offer any refunds.

 

DOWNLOADS:

All downloads are available for 30 days after purchase. You must download your purchase within this time frame.

 

STOREWIDE SALES:

All sales run Central Time. Please make sure you are aware of any time differences when shopping a sale. If you purchase an item before or after the time the item is on sale, you will not be given that sale price.
