1. I used to smoke a pack a day until I found out I was pregnant 12 years ago.
2. I met my husband at freshman orientation at college.
3. I too am a list junkie. I take great pleasure in crossing items off my lists. sometimes I'll do something and write it on my list after it's done, just so I can cross it out.
4. I had a neuroma (nerve) removed in my foot a couple years ago that couple with chronic plantar fascitiis means I basically wear grannie shoes most of the time. No heels for me.
5. I have never broken a bone. Which I find odd because I am terribly clumsy.

Wow, I have a lot in common with everyone too and I'm a newby. No wonder I feel so comfortable here!

1. I can't stand chicken. It's disgusting. I will eat it if it is at a Chinese restaurant and white meat and slathered in sauce or roasted chicken (but I make everyone call that a mini turkey ). BUT I collect chicken things. I think they are so cute.

2. I transpose numbers all the time. I actually worked in cash control for a bookstore and we had to balance the drawers with an adding tape. Needless to say, sometimes I had an error that could be fixed by switching the numbers into their proper places. When I went off to college I thought that my room number was 551. I had checks printed up and everything. So day of moving in, my mom and I are carrying a box each and looking for room 551. We couldn't find it on the 500 floor. So we went to the next floor. Hmmm that's the 600 floor. Curiouser and curiouser. Are we in the right dorm? Yes, we rechecked. Finally with our boxes in our arms we ask the RA. He looks me up on a sheet. OH! You're in 515. The rooms don't go up to 551.

3. I too, have more friends online than in real life. And my in real life friends live far away. So they have become online friends too. I don't go out much unless it is with my sisters, who are some of my best friends. I also like time alone and staying home. I can't be social too much. I'm a homebody. My 26 year old self would shudder at those words but my 41 year old self says time to put on my slippers!!

4. I have lived in Oregon, California, Vermont, Nevada and Washington. The only countries other than the U.S. I've been to are Canada (but on both sides Vancouver B.C. in the west and Niagra Falls and Montreal in the east) and Mexico (Tijuana). I have driven across the country twice once the northern route from Oregon and Once the Southern route from California. Most of the states we drove right through -- I have no idea which states I have been to. But the ones I have stopped in I have refrigerator magnets from.

5. Besides current David Cook (he won American Idol in 2007, some of you know about my past obsession with him. But I still love his music) Most of the music I listen to on my ipod is from before the year 2000 specifically 80's and 90's alternative. I am so out of the loop. I love Kimberlee's playlists 'cause they introduce me to new songs!

1. I am a morning person – decided I must have been a farmer in a previous life; wake up around 4:30/ 5 AM every morning- even on days I could sleep in - sigh-
2. Like to talk (a lot) but hate using the telephone (go figure) & I can’t talk if I don’t use my hands/arms
3. I tend to go OVERBOARD when I discover a new hobby or come across a great project- currently have about 6 hand made journals that need to be bound and several necklaces to finish up.
4. I have a horrible potty mouth- especially when commuting to & from work.
5. I will stop on the side of the road and pick up other people’s discards/trash & have gone dumpster diving a time or two.

1. I am a biker's ol' lady! Yeah, not the 1% kinda biker but he is in a club that is all around the world.

2. I have been battlin' depression or menopause for the past 4 months. I just don't know which I have yet.....maybe both!

3. I love me some beer! Seriously, I do!

4. Our house and car will be paid off in April! Ooooo, I can't wait!

This is so me! I love baking, but cooking dinner is like pulling teeth for me. I've figured out a few ways to make it more baking-like, but still, ugh. We eat out way too much because of this!

hmmm... i never know what to say in these threads. nothing about me is all that interesting.

1. my thumbs are double jointed & can bend them back at 90 degrees.

2. i've moved 12 times in the past 20 years & have lived in WY, WA, OR, VA, ID, NV, PA & SC.

3. i've got all sorts of reproductive issues & was told i'd never have children. 14 years after giving up... *poof* along came our little miracle Henry. we had to have help to have the next two.

4. before having kids we used to run a sort of hospice for abused & neglected reptiles (mostly turtles, tortoises & various lizards). we had a rescued adult iguana for 12 years and still have 3 turtles and a tortoise. one of which i've had for 23 years ♥ my sweet myrtle.

5. i collect vintage eyewear, glass paper weights & vintage toy sewing machines.

i've got loads in common with most of you... don't care to have many RL friends, have never broken a bone (but am a total clutz), my husband does 95% of the cooking, love to bake (although not so much now that we're gluten free), am a total night owl (never feel tired before 2am... which sucks with boys who are up at 6) & also have chronic plantar fascitiis (live in Birkenstocks).

I think you sound pretty dang interesting to me!! I love your glasses and that is so cool about the reptile hospice!!

WOW. I know some one has said it before...and even I did a few posts ago LOL but it is really strange that we all have so much in common. Maybe there is some sort of hobby or passtime we share too. Nah. That would be too weird.
