Is anyone else getting a little overwhelmed by all the project life options out there? Please say that it is not just me! I loved doing this project last year and I am almost done with 2012. I don’t have a cover page or back page and am not sure I even need one. I started out the year with a random page of Instagram photos. It worked nicely then. I really want to get back into it because it helps me get my thoughts, recollections and photos all down while they are still fresh.

Now, project life has literally exploded (and my brain along with it). For me personally part of the problem is we took an extended Holiday break at my parents house and I had no access to most of my crafting supplies. I have yet to even finish my December Daily. I am tempted to take my time with it now, but I know that will only lead to incompleteness.

I like my project life album to be eclectic. Real life is, so why not the project about it? I am still planning on using lots of my stash and lots of printables. I am worried about catching up since I have nothing done for 2013. I am thankful that I at least had access to a printer for photos, a few printable journaling cards and some quick inserts to almost finish up December.

Here they are in all their glory.

(Supplies used: JM designs cards, Peeps&Milo Calendar Set, Nerdy Scrappers speech bubbles)

Nothing too bulky to add to the album, but definitely a lot of precious memories recorded here.

I also have an action plan to get back on track. Print my photos and cards. Sit down with my album and DON’T STRESS about what technique I’m not doing. Do what I like, get it done and let my photos shine.

How about you? Are you doing project life again in 2013?

Starting it for the first time or giving it up? I say either one is fine, just do what works for you!

Also, if anyone else wants to vent about project life or lack thereof please share with us.
